It is located right next to a golf course, which was fantastic for us as my kids are budding golf enthusiasts. We spent hours practicing our swings and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The cottage itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for our family. Being able to surf the web during our stay was an added bonus, allowing us to easily plan our daily activities and stay connected with loved ones back home. The complimentary tea and coffee were a lovely touch, ensuring that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this cottage to other families looking for a wonderful holiday experience.
My children wanted a play area on-site for some extra entertainment.

The bathroom with a bath or shower was a great addition to the room. It gave me the option to relax in the tub after a long day at the beach or take a quick shower to freshen up. Loved having choices!
The only downside for me was the bathroom with just a shower. I prefer having a bath as an option, but I understand that some people might not mind.

The bathroom with a bath or shower was a great feature. It was so nice to soak in the tub after a long day of work. The sitting/dining room was cozy and the electric fire added a touch of warmth and atmosphere. Loved it!
I personally preferred the bathroom with the bath or shower. But hey, that's just me!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Its location was ideal for dog walking and just a short walk from the town center, perfect for picking up some delicious fish and chips. Inside, the cottage was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. One small improvement that would have been helpful is a sofa bed downstairs, as my grandma struggled with the stairs.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cottage. The decoration was charming, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained, and the cottage was extremely clean throughout. As a senior, I appreciated the accessibility of the accommodation, with everything I needed conveniently located on the ground floor. It made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.
The only negative aspect I experienced was the parking situation. Unfortunately, due to limited parking spaces near the cottage, I had to park on the street nearby.

We had the best time at this amazing cottage! It was super clean and had everything we needed, like complimentary tea and coffee. The location was perfect for our romantic escape, just a stone's throw away from the stunning beach and the charming town with its shops and restaurants. We also loved that they provided us with a handy book full of useful information about the area. Definitely would recommend to our friends and family!
The parking situation, as it was a bit of a challenge to find a spot nearby. However, we managed to sort it out and park on the street.

The cottage had two bathrooms, one with a bath or shower and another with just a shower. It was so convenient, especially when we all needed to get ready at the same time. The sitting/dining room had an electric fire, which gave it a cozy and homey atmosphere. I loved curling up in front of it after a long day exploring Filey.
I personally didn't fancy the fact that there was only one bathroom with a bath or shower. But hey, that's just my preference.
